During a 30-minute site visit, one of our Architectural Designers will meet you at the property to:
- Review the existing layout and discuss your goals
- Provide planning advice and highlight key considerations
- Explore broad design ideas and potential layouts
- Offer cost and timescale guidance for your proposed project
- Answer your key questions:
- Can I do what I want?
- How much will it cost?
- How long will it take?
After the visit, you’ll receive a brief summary report, capturing our key findings, design potential, and professional recommendations — a simple, clear reference to help you make your decision.

Once you book your PPF visit, the session will be attended in person by you and one of our Architect’s for a full discussion on your requirements, followed by a brief written summary report after your session.
