Our three steps..
1 - Design
Where the spark ignites! First, arrange a meeting with one of our qualified designers to discuss your ideas. We’ll carry out a quick survey before getting creative. Then, we’ll design two concepts to illustrate the full potential of your project. All within three weeks.
2 - Cost Feasibility
Why two design options? Because creative variation often adds value while costing less to build. So we carry out a feasibility study to provide a guide on build cost for both designs. That way, you have the freedom to choose the option that best balances excitement, practicality, and cost.
3 - Planning
You have your designs. And you have a view on the potential build costs for each option. Now, we’ll look after the planning process if you like? We’ll manage the submissions and deliver up to two revisions to the planning proposal if needed. So you’ll sleep better at night.
