Renovation and extension of a terrace house in Sutton

This design and build project included the renovation and extension of this 1970s built terrace house in Sutton, Surrey. The ground floor plan was completely transformed and a rear extension was added to incorporate an open plan kitchen-living-dining area with sky lights and bi-fold doors opening the living area into the garden. Glass walls were installed between the hallway and kitchen on the ground floor, as well as on the first floor, bringing in natural light to all the dark corners of the house.
