In accordance with the latest government guidelines, we will be closing our office on Thursday 5 November and will remain closed until lockdown has been lifted.  
The government has stated that the construction industry should continue to operate, and we will keep working hard to make your property dreams a reality. We are still able to come out and meet you at your property, however unfortunately we are unable to welcome you on our premises on Station Way during this time.

Coronavirus Customer Policy

We will continue to be able to provide physical meetings on site and at your property. Please rest assured we have equipped our team with training and high levels of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which allow us to operate safely.  



Please note that we will not carry out physical consultations if: 

          • Someone in the household has shown Coronavirus symptoms within the last 14 days. Please visit the Government or NHS website for more information on symptoms and isolating.
          • There is somebody of high risk living in the property. Please see the Government or NHS website for more information on those who are at risk and shielding.


What we will do

          • We will always complete a remote project consultation as the first step, before a physical appointment, in order to reduce physical appointments to only those necessary.
          • We will be asking anyone who wants to meet on-site or at their property for a consultation if they have the means and requirement to start the architectural works for the project imminently.
          • We will follow Government social distancing guidelines and keep 2 metres away from others at all times.
          • We have personal protective equipment (PPE) available and will use this when visiting all sites. This includes gloves, facemasks and hand sanitiser.
          • We will keep a record of all visits and who attended. If a member of staff subsequently tests positive for Coronavirus we will inform any relevant parties.

When we visit your property

          • We will require you to follow social distancing guidelines and keep 2 metres apart at all times.
          • We would appreciate if you could wear a mask. If you are exempt from wearing one, please notify us at the time of booking.
          • Please leave all doors open and lights on prior to our visit so that we can minimise touching surfaces.
          • Whilst we are inside the property please vacate the property so that it is easier for us to move around safely, and where possible ask to have conversations in an outside space.
          • Let us know that you have read and understood these guidelines and contact us if you have any questions regarding our visit as soon as possible.
