Happy Building worked with the client to unlock the full potential of this 1950's terraced property.  The existing living space and kitchen were located on the 1st floor separating the house from the garden with a lot of under used space on the ground floor.  With the addition of a small ground floor extension and clever internal planning, Happy Building created a flowing, contemporary kitchen, dining and seating area with a separate utility space on the entrance level.  A newly landscaped garden offered an outdoor area directly connected to the kitchen providing seamless indoor / outdoor living.  At first floor level, the existing kitchen was transformed into a study bedroom - improving the usable space and resale value of the property.
