Happy Building was responsible for all the elements of this project from architectural design, through planning application stage and on to build. Our clients wanted to create more space for their growing family and to be able to make better use of their garden. We transformed their property in Sanderstead through a double storey rear extension and comprehensive internal and external refurbishment. Stunning results were achieved with a brand-new kitchen, bathrooms, upgraded electrics, flooring, bifold doors, internal doors and the added luxury of underfloor heating.
