Happy Building provided the architectural design and construction of this extension in Sutton. This bungalow was completely refurbished to include a ground floor rear extension opening to a large garden. The new space incorporates an open plan kitchen-living-dining area. A beautiful window seat opens the newly created space to the side, allowing morning light to enter the dining space. The large bi-fold doors open to the full width of the extension, blurring the boundaries between internal and external space.
