Interior refurbished with new bathrooms in Banstead

This project focused solely on refurbishing the interior of an existing, dated 2 bedroom flat to bring this to a chic and modern apartment in Surrey. The works involved a total refurbishment to replace flooring, lighting and decorations throughout the flat. Both the bathroom and en-suite received a full reconfiguration with new layouts, sanitaryware and tiling. The existing isolated kitchen and vaulted living space were separated. To improve the flow and create a sociable living space, we removed the partition wall and modernised the layout with a replacement kitchen. The works were finished with new built in joinery and redecorated spiral staircase which completes the newly styled apartment for our clients to enjoy.
