Happy Building began in 2012 when founder Valter Da Silva saw homeowners caught between two separate worlds: design studios focused on drawings and builders focused on site delivery. Clients were left to juggle architects, planners, contractors and budgets—often slipping over time and over cost.
Valter’s solution was a single, integrated team that designs with construction in mind and builds with design intent protected. Today, our Surrey studio brings together architects, project managers, estimators, site crews and after-care specialists. More than 600 projects later, the model keeps doing what it was built to do: deliver homes—happily—on time and on budget.
