Jamie helps people rethink their idea of great residential architecture to reveal what’s truly possible. After qualifying as an architect with honours, Jamie embarked on a successful career in the private residential sector before joining Happy Building. His passion for problem-solving is invaluable. While his experience of high-end detailing makes every living project more cost-effective. At work, Jamie supports the team’s aspirations by sharing his knowledge to drive quality standards. At home, the Rugby enthusiast enjoys spending cherished time with his family.

Ray brings over 30 years of experience to the Happy Building team. He also worked in the Far East for several years, travelled extensively, and studied culturally diverse traditional and contemporary design influences. Ray thrives on creating inspirational designs and bringing them to life for our clients. Ray has a deep knowledge of UK planning regulations and building construction supported by B.A., B.Arch, ARB, and RIBA qualifications and accreditations. At home, he enjoys a less hectic pace of life, splitting his time between tending to his garden and enjoying an occasional West End show.

Abbas qualified with a Bachelors degree in architecture. His early career led to design projects for mosques, Islamic schools, community centres, and private residences. At Happy Building, Abbas uses his geometric influences to create a sense of symmetry and balance. As a natural leader, he takes responsibility for the group, inspiring the team to succeed. Abbas lives in a stylish period property. He personally transformed the home with two extensions, a loft conversion, and an internal reconfiguration. His calming persona comes from a love of well-being, yoga, swimming, and the sauna.

Geo qualified with a BA (Hons) at the Manchester School of Architecture. He joined the Happy Building team with architectural experience in private residential, retail and hospitality, leisure, and education. It's easy to see why Geo found his design calling. As an accomplished cocktail mixologist, blues, funk, soul musician, and avid furniture restorer in his spare time, Geo is artistic by nature. His architectural designs balance practicality, creativity and flair, often including features our clients' hadn't considered but find incredibly valuable.

Miles has a BA in architecture and design with merit. His inspiration comes from a love of galleries and exhibitions, where you'll often find him studying contemporary art forms. Miles takes pride in seeing his designs become a reality. Especially when he helps clients' achieve something they didn't think was possible. Along with the many Happy Building customers who value Miles's contribution, his work is also recognised by the Japanese Embassy in London, the Architects Journal, and EcoBuild magazine.

Carlotta grew up in Tuscany before relocating to study in London. She qualified with a BA (Hons) in interior architecture from the University of Westminster. Her previous experience working for luxury Italian and English furniture brands fuels her passion for properties & interiors. Carlotta thrives on being part of the journey that realises our customers' dreams. She especially enjoys guiding clients through the architectural services, engineering, and building works processes in a way that puts people at ease.

Chantelle brings a deep dedication to the Happy Building team. After all, not many aspiring architects have climbed Mount Kilimanjaro for charity. In her role as an architectural assistant, Chantelle works closely with clients and peers to enrich her journey towards becoming a fully qualified RIBA architect. Chantelle graduated with a BA (Hons) in Architecture from the University of Liverpool.

Francesca works closely with the senior architects across a wide range of projects. She puts her problem-solving skills to great use by overcoming obstacles to make imaginative concepts achievable. Her work is meticulously planned down to the smallest detail. Francesca has a first-class BSc part 1 honours degree in architecture. At university, she won the Grand Slam title as a member of the women's rugby team. A feat that gave Francesca a deep understanding of the value of teamwork.

Fernando is an accredited project manager with over 20 years of construction experience.

Day-to-day, you'll find him planning every stage of a customer project build. In addition, Fernando manages the site work and safety operation with enhanced problem solving using his lean six sigma knowledge.

He’s also Happy Building’s resident high flyer. Aside from cycling and walking for leisure, Fernando is a microlight pilot instructor.

Luis brings a wealth of expertise in plumbing, electrics, joinery and general construction to the Happy Building team.

He helps our projects run seamlessly by managing everything from on-site deliveries to works completed with minimal fuss.

At home, you’ll find him pursuing an interest in motocross. Or in his workshop developing ideas to make the next Happy Building project run just as effectively.

“This might sound boring, but I love to reconcile banks accounts”, says Rebecca. Boring or not, a passion for figures makes her a valued member of the team. Rebecca embarked on roles in admin, sales, and logistics before taking time to re-evaluate her career. After studying for a Level 2 AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) diploma, she took up her first accounting role at couture brand Chrisanne Clover. Rebecca soon completed her Level 3 AAT diploma before joining Happy Building to further her career. At home, Rebecca is best known for wowing friends with her magical Halloween and Christmas design themes.

Bhavik qualified with a BA Hons in accounting and finance. He’s also a fellow member of the association of chartered accountants. As a natural strategic thinker, Bhavik thrives in Happy Building’s fast-moving environment. He loves being part of the senior management team where people lead from the front to drive change and innovation. Away from work, Bhavik spends quality time with his wife and two young boys. He’s a passionate Liverpool football fan who had the honour of playing at Anfield in 2018.
